Meet David Jonathan Taylor

Founder & Principal

David Jonathan Taylor established Right Size Law PLLC to provide individuals with high-quality legal expertise tailored to their estate and elder law needs. His work focuses on helping clients navigate the legal and financial challenges of aging and long-term care to ensure their wishes are honored and their assets are protected.

David’s personal experience fuels his dedication to proactive planning:

“My mother left us without a plan for her assets and debts, assuming she’d have time to address it later. When she passed unexpectedly, a complicated probate process unfolded—one that didn’t reflect her wishes. My brothers and I inherited a second home special to her and her partner, while his children inherited the IRA she built. With proper planning, the second home could have been preserved for him during his lifetime, and the IRA could have been structured to benefit her heirs. That experience drives me to help my clients avoid similar situations.”
